I'm interested to see the responses to this.

Also, what would a bloke think if a girl who really fancied him (him being basically aware of that fact, and them having had a brief kiss and cuddle recently) sent him a valentines text???

and no its not me, but a friend not sure what to do! I said go for the text -but she's worried it makes her look a bit desperate or silly, so a blokes perspective ??

Ahhhhh..........the friend that needs to know!

To be honest I think Valentine's day is so over the top it is untrue! It is just a commercial rip off!

For instance our friend is a florist and she told us the other day that she usually pays 40p a stem for lillys at the wholesaler and this week they are charging her £2.50 each!

Think Doris and me are going down the pub which is fine by me!

No she isn't really Doris!

Jesus Christ it's just a text...........as long as it doesn't ask for his hand in marriage I am sure he would love getting it!

A girl fancying you never hurts the old ego!

for a fella trying to get into a girls pants anything goes, and valentines day is a very good way to 'get in there',but for somebody who has been married for more years than he can remember buying a card or gift is a boring chore which is not from the heart, but done under preasure from er indoors.

so to clarify,i used to like it, but now detest it.

Miss Lovely, if you or any girl sends a valentine text to a guy you fancy,I guarantee that within minutes all his mates are having a good laugh. Unless of course that he really fancies her.
