Aside from the kung-fu serene mysticism (all that was missing is "young grasshopper   ) seriously what is going on. My goals and arsenalfc, notplc are one and the same as I undertsand it which is the advocation of needed increses in spending to imporve the quality of the football team. So I just want to help as best as i can, and have sent materials to try to help that have largely gone ignored. And I know and will happily re-send them to you if you like that these are anything but slanted views on any issue.

I don't know how serious this is because apparently there is some effort to keep me out of it altogether despite the fact that the gorup is neither anti-Manager or Anti-Board by design and agreement from all fronts. I have stated ny 100% support for that mission.

My concern is simply this - what is success for us? Is it simply marching and protesting in support ofmour mission? Is it simply to get the Club to actually listen to address our concerns? Or is to advocate for our position as long as necessary and the scrutinize anyty response we get from the club if it rejects what we are calling for?

In other words if the Board once again answers without answering our concerns adequately is that it? Have we tried and that's enough? If the Club just says money is available to spend if the manager wants to do we accept that as 100% guaranteed fact whether it is or not? If the Board continues to support the manager even if he wioill not spend available funds is that it?

What is success for arsenalfc, not plc, and how can we actually help to achieve that? I think we here on this forum at least deserve some sort of real answer given how many of us initially helped create this concept to some extent.

Arsenal traditionally paid low wages but high bonuses, and I believe this has continued.

It does point to a flatter wage structure than other top clubs, but even so, the big players are still on a lot of money. 60K plus is not unknown for the top earners, Cesc will be on more.

I don't know if this is correct but reports had stated that Keith Edelman had eliminated the win bonuses back in 2005. I remember there was an article about that which also mentioned such tidbits as downgrading of team travel arrangements.

As to the wage structure - again both Campbell and Henry were on 90K plus. Campell 100K or so, and Henry 120K. Why go back from that when it produced such superior results and achievements?

Yes I know every team does traditionally and has for some time. This report suggested they ahd ended at Arsenal. This was back in 2005-2006. As I say I am not sure this wwas the case, and that even if it was they might have been resumed - I am not sure. I was simply curious about that.
