Why?

Don't forget you and Afc1886 are the champions!!!!!
One more name will be added to the list as cup winners.

Your names are scribes into history as the inaugural winners...future generations will talk about those who laid the foundations to the greatness of this competition.....

It returns in August...

Again.....

"If no one gets the match right [g88ner did! in fact, he also selected the correct team 8) ] then [hmm, "then" surely suggests the first part takes precedence over the next bit] it will be down to the player who gets the nearest time[which was TeeCee]"

Perhaps you could send him a bunch of flowers, Sammy? :D
Having gone to arbitration (my mum) and discussed the facts and the response to the original decision, it has been decided that the result will stand. My mum reckons G88ner whinges too much and therefore needs to grow another set. Now.....I have never argued with my mummy so.........

Teecee wins
Oh. Knocked out even though I won... harsh :( :(

Looking back, I have to say it looks like g88ner who should go through?
If the tie breaker was 'in which game will the fastest goal be scored', I would have won but as I understand it, we had to name the team who would score first......I said Villa, so although West Ham scored after 2 mins, Villa took quite a while to equalize so I think G88ner was closer than me with his Chelsea prediction, and should go through.

Very unlucky to be knocked out Sid, I think an injury time winner was the difference between us.

Sammy, I'll post to other two predictions later.

SHIT!! I have to admit I fucked up a bit... and sadly, no one pointed out my error!

I thought Chelsea scored the fastest goal of the round (3mins), but they didn't... it was West Ham (2mins), so TeeCee predicted the correct game AND had the closest time, and TEECEE should therefore WIN... not g88ner

I can see that now as clear as day

Tip away TeeCee :barscarf:
