STOKE CITY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Would like to see the Arsenal players go up to the cloggers and

" So you think your playing in the cup final next week ? i will make sure you dont "

Watch them bottle all the tackles, make sure someone breaks that C--t Shawcross leg. Happy days :barscarf:

LOL at the thought of any of our soft hearted fannies having a go at Shawcross.

Considering how charitable we are we'll be probably let him score instead.

just had a glance on the stoke forum,

http://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/ind ... rd=Potters

there is a thread regarding Alan Davies and his opinions from the podcast where he talks about the Shawcross tackle.

Also a thread "Shawcross vs. Ramsey" discussing weather the two will shake hands. Some of the things they are coming out with makes me sick.

I won't repeat it here, though.

I sense quite a hostile atmosphere coming, love it :D

I just had a look at that oatcake thread.

Some gormless *word censored* said this about Alan Davis's comments about the shawcross "tackle" on Aaron.....

"Sounds like a *word censored* to be fair, "ive seen photographs" well I saw it live in the flesh and nothing convinces me that it was anything more than an unfortunate accident. Additionally having seen it in slow motion, HIS LEG WAS SNAPPED before impact".

HIS LEG WAS SNAPPED BEFORE IMPACT!!!!!!!!

Some sad bastards would say anything to defend the undefendable.

What a total tosser.

Snapped before impact... I remember that gem.

Its hardly worth engaging with these people if thats the level we're playing at.

Dont underestimate stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

They are utter vermin, what did Neil Warnock say, 'sewer rat but that would be an insult to sewer rats'. Look at their 'Official Songs For Arsenal' thread and see some of the stuff they are coming out with, and I thought S**rs were bad!

funny how some of there fans are even trying to organise some disruption at the Arsenal team hotel the night before. Massive game for them it seems, hope our players/fans are up for this as much as they are.

We want them to win the final as that means whoever come 6th (Scum? Scousers?) doesn't qualify for Thursday night football.

I have not chosen which to get but as it is an early kick off and only 1 train an hour you only have a choice of the 1st train: -
London 8:20 Stoke 10:19
London 9:20 Stoke 11:20
London 10:20 Stoke 12:24
London 11:20 Stoke at 13:09
I am deciding between the 9:20 or 10:20 as I read you have to get a bus to the ground from near the station.

Still awaiting my ticket from Arsenal as I brought it after it sold out and came back on sale.

I really hope Ramsey plays as a good game would do alot for him.

i want to get a few beers in before k/o. think ill go for the 9,20.

are we parked and kept for a while after the game? time to make it for the 17:50 train?

seems that europa league football is not popular with managers of both, being that it fucks things up schedule-wise, with more games than champions league football. just thought is it's that shit and disruptive, then it can only be good for them to be in it. unless they win it
