Watching the players strolling around with no heart, no creativity and no bollocks, you'd think they were playing a testimonial match. Most of them are shit beyond belief.
If they and that clueless bloke on the touchline can't raise themselves for a game like this then something is very badly wrong.
AW appears to be crap at motivating the players. He doesn't have anyone in the coaching staff to do it and there is no one on the pitch to provide it.
They don't do it for each other and some don't appear to give a toos about their own individual performance.
These guys have multi-million pound contracts and after a 5 year contract don't ever have to work again.
Even the unproven 18 year olds get £250k a year.
I am keeping my money from now on and the club will be rewarded with my cash when they get it right. It's not just about winning trophies but about everyone on the club putting in 100%.

I'm annoyed today...for no other reason than because we're seeing the same problems over and over again. This should have sorted out after the Carling Cup final, but we've seen it time and time again since then, and that is unforgivable.
