UNACCEPTABLE

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just watched the game as was at work and stayed away from the result. There are so many threads and thought I post in this one. Just dont know what to say really. Must put it down to one of those days I suppose but it is so annoying losing to man u I hate it. Hoyte and Troare may as well of not played as they did not defend and dont think they went past the half way line.

Lehman really needs to learn how to kick the ball, everytime it went to him he seemed to just boot it out of play. Gallas and Toure did not lok good together, who here thinks we should drop Toure and play Big Phil with Gallas against milan. Toure looks like he has come back from the ACON like a player would come back for pre season, sluggish.

Gilberto, when was the last time he played well in an arsenal shirt? Dont see the point in playing Eduardo on the left of a 5 man midfield, must be because he is only one with a left foot who is fit right now. Bendtner I dont think will make it at Arsenal, just never really been that impressed with him, has no pace and is not like a Bergkamp who can pick a pass out instead.

It might seem like Im being negative towards the team but I got the feeling tonight that some of our second string and young players are not as good as we all thought they were. As for the other points, does Rooney seem to just up his game to new heights everytime he plays Arsenal, it seems so and I fucking hate him for it and dont get me started about that dive he took over Sol way back when.

Wont go into Lawrenson or Motty drooling over the scum as they did and as for Nani's little party trick, it was just out of order and I dont blame some of the players for giving him a kicking.

To end my rant what the hell is up with Eboue, that is not the first time he has lost the plot and he should of been sent off more than he has. He also goes over all the time as if he has been shot then gets up and goes after the player who has taken him out and there is nothing wrong with him, that really annoys me. Basically he is shit as was our performance. But lets look on the bright side, we are going to turn Milan over on Wednesday.

Yes you are right, Lehmann's kicking was poor, but i don't think he was helped by the Old Trafford pitch. In this day and age, quite frankly, it should be better. Although he let in four goals, i thought Jens was our best player and made some good saves that kept the scoreline down to 4.

I know i know. I am a regular over at the Grove, and at the big games the place is jumping. Still would like a bit of an impovement at the "ordinary" games but then again most grounds in the country only get an atmosphere when the big boys to town, so i shouldn't really be complaining.

Definiaely mate. The atmosphere i was most disappointed with was the Spurs one in the League. Just never really seemed to get going. It could of been down to the early kick off but if my memory is correct, the Manc game was an early kick off and that one was very good.

Yeah it was a bit odd at the spurs game. I put it down to the shit first half, but no excuse really, should have been much more lively.

My celebration was tops for that game though. I was in plaster from my wrist to my shoulder (double fractured elbow). When we went 1-0 up my mate jumped on me and i fell ass over tit into the next row :D :D
