West Ham rejects
If, and I repeat, Wenger was ever to buy I think he might take a look at West Ham.
First up would be Parker. I just feel it makes sense in a lots of ways. The English backbone and energy and would compliment Jack in the midfield.
However, knowing Wenger and we've been linked in the past Green would be up for grabs.
He was also keen on C.Cole as a front man.
We've also in the past transfer windows been linked to re-signing Upson.

Yes, agreed, but competition within the team is urgently needed, none of this buying so and so will kill so and so, if it kills them so be it.flash gunner wrote:Well saidgoonersid wrote:Don't want any of them, though that doesn't mean they wouldn't be an improvement on some of our lot.
This thread is a measure of how we have slipped and how desperate we have become.
These players are learning their trade in the first team, and it's all wrong. That's why alot of these players are just plateauing out, Song and Clichy for example, no improvement for several seasons, safe in the knowledge that their place in the team is secure, it's why we're not improving season by season and it's why we're in the state we're in at this precise moment.
All this 'not good enough for Arsenal' stuff is bollocks. We have a squad full of technically good players and look where it is getting us.
We need to buy players for there attitude, work rate, experience and bottle to put around the more technically gifted players and Scott Parker would be perfect.
Was Ray Parlour what you would consider Arsenal quality, probably not, but I would love him in the side now. We need winners.
