Better than Walcott??

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I said to my mate 4 seasons ago that Walcott wouldn't make it, and he's still getting games in our side.

Full of pace and nothing else, living off the scuffed hattie v Crotia, I really can't stand seeing him in an Arsenal shirt, and I think an extra from Nugget porn be an upgrade on this waste of space.

I spoke to FrankButcher once, and he told me to stick pony, or a monkey, on Walcott to be European footballer of the Year within 3 years.

Playing Theo up front will change nothing, he hasnt got the technical ability to play there nor the intelligance. He can finish, but he hasnt got the ability to get himself in those positions on a regular basis a lar Owen etc.

As for the Lennon point, pains me to say it about the pikey twat - but he is twice the player Theo is.

Why are you so anti-Theo yet pro-Bendtner? They both have failed to deliver time and time again

+1

Walcott is a sprinter without a football brain.

Bendtner is twice the player Theo is and has contributed more to the team in his time here, whilst also being played out of position. Theo is a waster, goes missing and is more often than not the reason we lose the ball in forward positions. Bendtner has faults (a fair few), but he has won us games - Theo hasnt, infact id say he has lost us games.

Theo affects the team - because he charges upfield like a loose horse it leaves the midfield exposed, leaves Sagna exposed and means that Song has to come wide and cover him - leaving the midfield exposed. Theo has NO discipline in his game and to be honest, when he is on the pitch we are effectively playing with 10 men. He is a fucking joke, and if we wasnt English i doubt as many people would have time for him - not in a racist way, but people want him to do well so badly they ignore his blatant faults.

Am not really "pro-Bendtner" either to be honest, he is a good 3rd/4th choice striker if played as a striker (which he isnt). Id have Chamakh over Nick.
