Hargreaves
Arsene Wenger, according to the Daily Star Sunday, is planning a shock Bosman move for Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves.

The Frenchman has reportedly been an admirer of the England international since his days at Bayern Munich. The thirty year old is seen as the ideal signing for Wenger’s Arsenal after another trophyless season, which has seen the Gunners boss criticised for not bringing in enough experience to his young side. Le Professeur is believed to also want Hargreaves, due to the continual speculation surrounding Samir Nasri and captain Cesc Fabregas.

The Canadian born Englishman’s arrival reported arrival at the Emirates, would provoke mixed reaction with the Gunners faithful, not only due to his Manchester connections but also Hargreaves’ continual struggle with injuries, that saw him make only 39 appearances in four seasons for the red devils.

I read that Mertesacker's already signed for us for a summer start, it's just that Werder wanted him to finish the rest of the season.

Bullshit probably.

Gary Cahill has told his "pals" that he'll be joining Arsenal in the summer according to the Mirror.

Surely due to his newfound Ingerlund International Status he'll be joining City for £87 Million?

I really hope so...Arsenal signing him would be a massive mistake.
...But probably better than Squillaci. I'm willing to cast caution to the wind on this one.
