Good Riddance, Denilson makes transfer request.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I know that there's a transfer thread but this new deserves its own thread.

Cannot believe the comments but couldn't give a shit what the useless turd has to say as long as he's on the way out.

Beat me too it ya bastid

Seriously great news but if he played with same amount of balls he showed in this interview he'd might have been as tough as Vieira - what a complete tosser. Players like you are why we haven't won anything in five years.

Best of luck to you all the same but please hurry up and leave...

''Can't see myself returning in a Chelsea, Liverpool or Manchester city shirt'' :D :D

No i don't think they could see it either......

Kind of says it all really about how inflated and cosseted our players are the way they talk about themselves.... Bendtner talking about going to Madrid and Barca and now Denilson talking like the biggest clubs in this country would be interested in him, even though neither of them can get a regular starting spot with us....

One good thing, we will see how much he is actually worth now...my guess is he'll go to some mid table Spanish side for around £8m...and we'll spend a 100k of that on another world class keeper

"This has been the worst season of my life, and I am so upset," he said. "I am a winner and I came here to win trophies but I've been here for five years and won nothing. Until Arsenal stop throwing away silly points in stupid games nothing will change."

Is this a wind up, seriously?

The *word censored* cannot be serious. Does he not realize that HE is a major reason for the trophy drought and the throwing away of silly points? Those comments are actually outrageous. Coming from an absolute rotten wankstain of a player it's actually hilarious and at the same time fucking angering. Good riddance to one of the worst players I've had the misfortune to see in an Arsenal shirt; don't let the door hit your arse on the way out, you useless soft fucking twat. I feel sorry for whoever is stupid enough to buy you. Break a leg you *word censored*.

What a joke, the little shite is part of the reason Arsenal win nothing. He is piss poor and should have been sold a long time ago.
Is he having a laugh????? He is leaving Arsenal.....................Arsenal fans wanted you gone a long time ago, now piss off to some little team and warm the bench there.

Arsenal fans will NEVER miss you.

His comments are just mental. How much of a winners mentality did you show as you slowly half-arsedly jogged back after Rooney last season you fucking plank?

Didn't dislike the guy until I read this. Deluded prick.

Cannot agree with that part buddy - yes he is a part of the problem, and probably a bigger part than most, but this squad is overloaded with sub standard shite and even those that are good enough are by and large bottlers   Add to that we have a manager who cannot motivate and wouldnt know tactics if they slapped him in the face all day long :x So yes he is responsible but so is each and every single player in the squad and those that coach them

I don't think we will get anywhere near 8 million for him partly due to the crazy wages he is probably on . Whichever club that buys him will take him at well below his market value to compensate for the obscene pay packet he is on .

Demun210 wrote:He's right he will probably end up in Italy or Spain. I think he'll be better suited abroad too, as he clearly isn't good enough to be effective in English football. He scored a few goals for us, and he did look promising at one point, but he's one of the players we definitely need to move on.

I hope he can get his career back on track elsewhere, unless he does I think he's going to be nothing more than a very average player at best.
Did laugh at the Chelsea, Manchester Utd comments though, think he needs a reality check.
He will never get above average. Would suit Rangers/Celtic or Championships side

What do you not agree with augie? You conceded that he's a part of the problem so you effectively DO agree. :?
