I was probably one of the few people who actually liked the kit, but now that ive seen it with the shorts. yuk. still im going to buy it though, as it looks like a collecters item circa the bruised bananna kit.

If they just made one or two adjustments...take away the club badge, remove the Nike logo & replace the Fly Emirates with the word HACKETT then it would be a nice shirt !!

I made a little animated gif a while back of all our away shirts of the last 125 years...

This new one, which I also believe to be 'real', is without doubt the worst one of the lot.

I, like a lot of you, was brought up believing that yellow and blue were our away colours, but we did actually start off with a white shirt for a good few years, and we have had versions of blue kits in our history.

This shirt though is plainly designed to be bought by *word censored* who don't really care what team it is - just that it goes with a pair of jeans - and I think in this respect the shirt is a success.

It actually looks similar to the Flag of my city, Zurich...

i understand the argument that away shirts are designed to look smart with jeans nowadays, instead of forming actually a nice away kit, what i don't understand is who the fuck thinks that that blue monstruosity is going to look smart with anything??? :? :?

We will NEVER use that shirt next season.

The teams we play away to either wear red or blue so not both - it will never get used.
