) Gary Cahill, Bolton to Arsenal

A pal at Blackpool tells me England stopper Cahill, 25, was going through the motions against them recently in the Seasiders' 4-3 victory. Apparently he has a £15million summer move lined up and the talk of the dressing rooms was he is off to the Emirates to bolster Arsene Wenger's shaky defence

Mahamadou Diarra

former Real Madrid midfielder, sold to Monaco who have now been relegated too the french 2nd division

i'd love to see Diarra, Gago, Garay and Chygrynskiy come to the grove

There is a story in the very reliable Daily Star   about Arshavin going to Chelsea :barscarf: it's the usual he's russian he's friends with Abramovich nonsense and the figure they are quoting is around 15m  ...

I'm so desperate for us to cash in on him i'll switch my brain off and pretend i can't see all the holes in the story and kid myself it could be true...

Your lot are "keeping tabs" on Craig Gordon, according to a lad i know who is friends with Gordon's agent. He is out of contract at the end of the 2011/12 season but we are stalling on making him an offer due to the fact he has a long term injury. If he comes back and shows no signs of a recurrance, we'll offer him a new contract but by then other clubs will be aware that January will be our last chance to get a fee for him and he might be available for a fairly small fee and Arsenal are one of those who are monitoring his situation

I would go for McGreggor.I think that he is much better than Gordon, and not as injury prone.

 to be fair when fit he is a good keeper, but of late it has been injury after injury so i would be surprised if Arsenal follow up on their interest. I was quite surprised to hear they were even looking at him tbh since Wenger seems quite happy with Chezny (not even going to attempt to spell it properly!) as number one going forwards. If you were to get him you would also need to have stronger defenders than the ones you have at present, he is a good shot stopper but can be weak and gets bullied by opposition strikers quite easily (especially evident down Stoke when he was battered and let in 3). If your defenders can outmuscle the forwards its fine, but leave it to Gordon and you'll struggle, which makes me think he wouldnt be the ideal signing for your lot

So what will basically happen is that next xmas we will fcuk about, let our interest in signing him known to everybody, offer an insulting bid and then sign him for free in the summer and blame your lot for being greedy.........thats what we did re chamakh so dont see why this should be any different

Sevilla are ready to offer Denilson an escape from Arsenal with an offer of £8million for the unsettled Brazilian midfielder.

Denilson confessed last week he wanted to quit the Emirates after what he considered his worst season of his life.

The 23-year-old moved to Arsenal from Sao Paulo in a deal worth £4m, five years ago.

Fingers crossed
