Throw Shakhtar & Braga in there too. Not to mention struggles against Leeds, Huddersfield & Orient
We still beat them 5-1 and 6-0 at the emirates so im not too worried some of those teams as i dont think they will travel all that well. Saying that you can never predict what our amazing team will do :banghead:

This.

In fact I will probably be rooting for the other team, a stint in the B cup might FINALLY force the board/nutty professor to open their eyes.
I think if there's one thing that we can learn from this past season, it's that a single disastrous result doesn't have much impact on the management of the team*. Nor do several such results.

*Pending being proven wrong this off-season.

I´d choose Panathinaikos.
Is Gilberto still there?

Panathinaikos would be a nice trip as they have a very large stadium(the Olympic one), but Greek teams are generally quite good at home so it would be better if the away leg was first.

This was Gilbertos last season in Europe. On 23 May 2011, Gilberto signed an 18-month deal with Brazilian giants Grêmio.

Pana's stadium is nice but too big for them really. It's a shame they had to leave their old place which was really unique, Votanikos should be nice when its done though.

Timisoara kicked out of CL due to debt problems, replaced by FC Vaslui.

Will they be replaced by another Romanian team, or a team from another country?

Dynamo Kiev, Rubin Kazan, Udinese and Panathanaikos are all decent sides. We're a team who have recently struggled against lower league teams, and if Turnip fucks about not strengthening the team and getting things done, you never know.
