i have no idea and can only guess but gooner ed does not deny possible conflict of interest.

i can only speculate that being on the good side of gazidis and weazel makes it easier to access tickets and players . indeed gooner ed`s links assisted me during charlton fiasco .

its a standard tactic to adopt silence and if pressed then state something to the effect that " i did not want to dignify the comment/accusation with a response". 99% of time that is the bullshit of those with something to hide. fact is i have raised enquiries which nobody is prepared to answer.

gooner ed is discouraging complaints being made to gazidis and weasel - he should explain his relationship with both of them so we the mere readers can judge whether gooner ed is being truly impartial and objective. thats the challenge and his response is silence which merely increases speculation and increases cynicism because i dont get the idea of the editor of a fans forum discouraging complaints to the administration.

picking up from where i left of on buffoon thread if gooner ed really believes no point protesting if not going to change anything, then whats the point of this website and the gooner magazine. whats the point of highbury spy etc.

gooner ed with that philosophy you might as well pack up so now i have established you cant possibly mean that and given lack of response by readers generally obvious conclusion is there is real cause to fear you have unwritten loose pact with likes of gazidis and weasel, that you do receive perks from them, that the perks influence your editorials and you are part of establishment and all your mates on this site are ganging up to support and protect you because you get them perks as well.

and honestly i hope i am writing crap and am simply being paranoid but i dont know and you dont help by continuing to duck and dive.

why are you not launching serious no holding back criticism of gazidis weasel and co -why are you not encouraging or leading any form of protest. why have you not instigated petitions , boycotts etc or are you given freebies to pass onto readers in competitions etc.

have you been corrupted albeit unknowingly . its a worry gooner ed.

on another thread gooner ed claims he cannot recall welcoming the gazidis review . he was proved wrong thanks to boomer and subsequently retreated to silence because it not look clever pretending to suffer from memory loss

given gazidis performance at recent ast meeting does he still believe that he was right to discourage letters of protest because cant do any worse than ast as clearly shown by his piss taking crap replies to questions.

and as for gooner ed`s perks i dont know if he gets any-i do know he does not deny receiving perks which is the obvious thing to do if he does not and i repeat my suspicions are solely due to him writing like a brain dead idiot when he is anything but. and does not help suspicions when he casts doubts upon his own integrity and honesty claiming he cant recall endorsing gazidis review plans when he done so no more than two or three weeks previous and then makes things worse by not apologising for his "error" and instead cowardly retreating into his shell.

everyone should write to gazidis pointing out eg all very well only two increases in last 6 years what about the massive hikes in previous 10.

he seems to get away unchallenged about his stats.

I thought he did well at the AST, he's never gonna say anything groundbreaking, seemed to care and raised a few interesting points.

I proved to you that Ed did not lie as you accused him and I pointed out that he stated that he but could not recall.

Thing is roly, youâ€™ve got a point of sorts in terms of fanzines being seen as a/the voice of the fans countering the official party line, or at least holding it to account etc. In that sense I think youâ€™ve got a right to at least question the response to Gazidisâ€™ â€œreviewâ€

I wouldn't mod this lot if you paid me

Plus if I did I would not specialize in deleting views or warning of bans - I have had my own experince with that and while the current mods may have legitimate and valid reasons for such actions I think I would simply be unable to do so because again I have been treated unfairtly by mods on ther Board and would err against doing that myself.

Seriously even though i am not happy with certain things rioght now I think the mods do their very best even when it may upset every one to do the most objective and even-handed job running this forum of any group of mods I have seen or interacted with.

And I wouldn't want their job right now if ever....
