As poor as Gilberto has been this season, even if he doesn't play his experience might be useful if he has a word to other central midfield players before the game. He has played alongside Kaka for Brazil.

Of the line ups posted here I think I prefer AdamGreen's the most. I doubt Wenger will play 4-4-2 though....but I hope so.

I think the best bet would be:

.....................Lehmann......................

Eboue.......Toure........Gallas.......Clichy

............................Flamini...................

..............Fabregas............................

..Hleb....................................Rosicky..

..........Eduardo.....................................

.........................Adebayor.................

Bench:

Almunia
Senderos
Gilberto
Bendtner
Hoyte

I hope he plays a 4-4-2, as a quick game might be too much for Milan to cope with, especially if we can get some fresh legs out there second half to terrorise the tired defence.

I'd love to see RVP on the bench too....

Arseblog reported that Sagna was back in training and could play on Wednesday, however there is a doubt with Clichy. Rosicky is out.

best news all season, would love a fit geal aswel though.

would also go with senderos, would be a massive confidence boost for him and would show toure he needs to step his game up from saturdays debacle. and im a alminuia fan so id have him in the sticks

I do hope Sagna is back, he's been our most consistent player this season. I wouldn't expect him to be back though, hard time he's going through but maybe he feels getting back into football is the best way to deal with things.

Hmmmm....would really like Clichy too though.

And Rosicky is quite a loss....alternate first XI's anyone? Assuming no Rosicky and a possible inclusion of Gael and Sagna.

That's a good point about Diaby burns718, I never thought of that.

Isn't Diaby still in our casualty ward though? Or is he one of the rare few using the exit. Maybe he could show the others where it is.

Why thank you

i believe he is due back, but i may be wrong. there is also the possibilty if wenger did want to play 5 man midfield to put gilberto in aswell and have flamini man mark Kaka for 90 mins, and let gilbert do his thing (if he can manage)
