You've just got to keep the faith, man.
(I mean in the context of being a Gooner, not with AW or the current squad)
We've all got a life sentence, and not much else we can do but take the pain.
The highs taste better after the lows, and the good times with return.
You are my Arsenal
My only Arsenal
You make me happy
When skies are grey
You'll never know just
How much I love you
Until you take, my Arsenal away.

Right that's it - the millions made by shareholders letting monmey go unpsent to spike the share price and pursuing building projects that in fact are stock-doping exercises is all mere accident and coincidence.selsdon wrote:A mad frenchman's project.rockaldo84 wrote: WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON AT THIS CLUB!

Where I come from fella stock-doping is what the likes of Rebel and DB10 do when they want an easy shag. ;)USMartin wrote:

When you say shareholders....do you mean the board? And if you mean the board.....what is wrong with the board?USMartin wrote:selsdon wrote: rockaldo84 wrote: WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON AT THIS CLUB!

You will know what depression is now

I'm not normally the voice of reason and this comment in no way signifies that I think Wenger will buy what we need, but everyone is panicking a bit aren't they?
We know Wenger doesn't buy British, the Euro window doesn't open for 3 weeks yet so our signings aren't likely for a month at least. If we were to go for 'big' signings, I would expect Wenger to go for Sakho, Hazard, Willan and the like, again, not available at the moment but the wheels may be in motion.
Losing Clichy is no loss whatsoever, he is a liability. Bad management to let his contract go this far but it's not the first time Arsenal have done it.
Losing players who don't want to play for us is a blow but we'll move on, and if Cesc and Nasri do go, citing lack of ambition, there can be no doubt that Wenger and the club will know exactly what needs to be done or face the consequences.
Arsenal desperately need new blood and if 5 players left and 5 new ones come in, bloody great!! I hope that we do make a move for Cahill or Samba but that remains to be seen. In the meantime, we may have to sit back and watch others make signings but it doesn't mean that we won't have ours in place before we fly off to make some Chinese money!!
