As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not an overreaction at all.
Do you ned to know what time he goes to bed? The guy has as much limelight as he could possibly want so why the need to tell faceless followers who you have never met or will meet you are going to bed?
Personally I think players have too much to say for themselves at times - if they really want to interact with the fans then why not get out in the real world and actually meet some of them ?
These players just need to keep getting their fix of hero worship from the plebs!I thought that Jack would be above that, obviously not.I have this image in my mind of all the A.K.B.'s,and the "Arsenal was formed in 1996" wankers, gazing up in adoration, mouths agape, waiting for the crumbs of cyber recognition to be bestowed open them from afar!!! You can see them texting their mates,"Ooooh,Jack just let me know that he has just got up,and he is having Coco Pops for breakfast!""You heard it from me first!!!"WANKERS!!!
Fucking get a grip!!!
Been meaning to unfollow a bunch of players on twitter, mainly the younger ones. All they post is pure drivel. I don't care if Chuks Aneke is listening to Jay-Z, Rhys Murphy is playing FIFA or if Emmanuel Frimpong is having a nice haircut at the barbers. I'm also sick of the half hearted "apologies" from the players after each pathetic defeat & claims about how they're gonna "put it right" next week only for them to embarrass themselves even further than was previously thought possible.
There are plenty of good folks on twitter who post interesting, relevant & coherent info about goings on at the club, transfers etc. I could just do without reading a running commentary on the lives of millionaire teenagers.

Agreed- fucking hell, why the fuck do they bother updating us with shite statuses about what they're eating etc. If I was a millionaire footballer the only thing i'd be eating would be pussy, copious fucking amounts of it, all day every day, especially during the end of season break, and the last thing i'd bother doing would be "tweeting" whilst doing it
It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that a player's ability to produce wonderful things on the pitch is mirrored when he's not playing. This is rarely the case and, embarrassingly, many foreign players speak more eloquently in English than our home grown ones.
I do worry about Jack off the field and about players who due to ego or lack of judgement think we want to know this drivel.
Imagine! You meet Jack in your local. You think 'wow' it's Jack! You wander over and say, "Hi Jack, how's it going?" And he says, "I went to bed quite early last night and I tried some new cereal for breakfast this morning".
You think, 'What a boring c**t!"
If it's too boring to say it face-to-face, don't put it on Twitter.
