JENS KEEPS HIS PLACE

Post by RocastleRock »

Gael Clichy, Mathieu Flamini and Emmanuel Adebayor were on duty at Manchester United last Saturday despite being troubled by hamstring injuries. All those will be ready to play against the Champions League holders at Emirates Stadium.

Bacary Sagna is available while Denilson and Theo Walcott have been added to the squad. However Manuel Almunia is still recovering from a virus so Jens Lehmann will keep his place

Wasn't Lehmann not quite ready for a long time before they finally admitted he'd lost his place to the spanish waiter...

He may not have been to blame for any of the goals but he has gone back to not being able to kick the ball out with any confidence   Only a matter of time until we concede as a result of his shit kicking ability.

Gael, Flamini and Ade were never injured anyway, was all rubbish so that Wenger could rest them for tomorow night. But we wont talk about that.

Lets hope our confidence is still fairly high for the Milan tie.

I suspect Almunia's "virus" is the same one that afflicted Lehmann when he was dropped at the start of the season.

As for the others I do not believe they were ever injured and Wenger used it as an excuse to leave them out on Saturday. They didn't look too injured last Monday, or when they came on at OT.
