Computer Help / Advice again please!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Download MsnCleaner_eng.zip
Save and unzip the file to a convenient location (Desktop) but don't use it yet.
.
* Now reboot your PC in Safe Mode using the F8 method.
To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".
* Double-click MsnCleaner_eng.exe to run it.
* Click the Analyze button.
* A report will be created after the scan is finished.
* If it finds an infection, click the Deleted button.
* Now, please reboot back to normal mode.Image
