Yes there is evidence that suggests that we should be concerned about whehter the board has honroed its commitment and should be questioning the Board's commitement to Arsenal FC and should have been far sooner.

I have presented it before in biots and pieces and not in one effort to coherently examine all of it.

The problem is too many people believe without a smoking gun all this information is irrelevant or not worthy of examining which frankly broders on irresposible thinking. The idea that somthing may not be happening does not prove it is not happening or suggest we have no right or reason to be concerned it may be happening.

Especially not when there is even less factual evidence available to suggest it is not happening and we should not be worried that it it might be happening. It is a holiday here and I will have time to amplify my point further and oresent this evidence that simply suggests we cannot assume the Board is actually acting in the club's best interests ahead of their own or that Stan Kroenke will not behave similarly

You do well not to respond to the venom directed at you USM.

The constant insults directed at him from a few members of the board cannot be justified. You guys and Marty seem equally obsessed but it appears ok for you to constantly harass him through this forum because he has bored and insulted you in the past?

With all the pictures and insults of four to five posters swamping one poster this is getting uncomfortable. The forum is fully aware that USM has promised "evidence".

I have a feeling your evidence report won't actually prove anything , will consist of lots of waffle , have loads of spelling errors and will end up being sent as evidence to your nurse that you are clinically insane and that your not ready for computer privileges.....

Marty has dished out plenty of insults. If he gets some back, then it is fully deserved. Calling someone a "cuntpussy" is one thing. And could be construed as amusing

But calling people cowards/gutless/liars/hypocrites and the rest is not acceptable at all.

Add to this the fact that he has tried to get myself and Flash banned from here. I have no sympathy at all for marty. I'd be happy if he fucked off elsewhere. His options are somewhat limited. He's already been banned from a few places. Hardly surprising.

I have not read many insults by Martin lately. When he does lash out it seems to be defensive. There is harassment of him now which is "on the offensive".

I don't agree with many of his views or how he goes about expressing them but I don't agree with the way some of you are acting either. I'll keep quiet. Happy hunting.

It's good of you to stick up for somebody who you feel is being bullied. I mean this sincerely.

The fact is that marty is a cyberbully. He recently called somebody an idiot for expressing a view which differed from his view. It was totally out of order.

This is nothing new. Marty has a history. He gets away with it because this forum, thankfully, is not heavily moderated. Quite honestly, he takes the piss out of the freedom we are given on these pages. And he sees no wrong in his behavior.

The fact is, no-one on this earth could possibly have any 'evidence' that the board control Wenger in the so called tactics he employs, that the board force Wenger to award under performing players improved and extended contracts, that the board insist that Wenger buys cheap French/African players, that the board force Wenger to make embarrassing comments regularly, the list goes on.
What Martin may have is some kind of figures/info that suggest that board members have behaved in such a way as to maximize their profit from the club. Well if that's the case, he needs to remember that the football club is a business and as much as we may not like it, they have a right to make a profit from investing in a business.
The buck stops with the manager of Arsenal football club. It's his responsibility to build the most successful team he can. It is NOT the football managers role to manage finances or the strategic business decisions the club takes, that is a clear conflict of interests and cannot lead to a successful football team. I'm convinced Martin will be re-hashing the trollop that he has spouted before which amount to the ramblings of an obsessed man, much like Wenger is obsessed with his own little project, there are similarities!

If some kind mod is trying to protect marty.....how about protecting the rest of us from his persistent abuse?
