Cruiserweight is not a joke, just a relatively new division.
Has good fighters there like Huck and Cunningham.

Heavyweight is in poor state because a lot of big American athletes choose to go into NFL/NBA instead of Boxing.
Probably only Povetkin and Adamek offer any interest apart from Haye and the Klitschkos.

Haye was one of those people who was struggling to make weight at Cruiserweight and saw the better money on offer at Heavyweight.
Full marks to him for trying he is a decent fighter but the Klitsckos are not bad at all.

I didnt watch Macklin no, but he was robbed by the judges. And YES I stayed up late to watch Carl Froch but was disappointed after all the hype about him, he barely got by Glen Johnson.

As for John Duddy I rated him highly, he retired in January, did you know that oh mighty boxing expert?

Sorry but David Haye is not going to remembered for nothing in boxing if he calls it quits now.

nothing but a big mouth. What a dissapointment. His pass acivements mean nothing now. After all he won all those belts at c-weight at a period when there was no real good fighters.

Did you see Froch vs Kessler or Froch vs Pascal or Froch vs Abraham?

Froch is brave fighter, and those were cracking fights, hope you do not just judge Froch on the fight vs Johnson, who is a very tough nut to crack.

Haye will be remembered as a man who went to France and beat dangerous Cruiserweight Champ Mormeck in his own back yard.

That alone is a worthy achievement.

irish, of course i know duddy retired. I watch the sport. Not just the media hyped fights.

My point last night, and again now to you is Haye is a world class boxer, losing a fight doesnt make you shit, especially when your fighting a klitch.

IG a bit harsh to have a pop at Froch for barely beating Johnson as Johnson is a tough as fuck fighter that and has still shown that he can hack it at the top and has only been stopped once in over 60 fights. Froch has also fought world class opposition in his last 6 fights and will do so again against Ward.

As for the heavyweights I'm putting my weight behind Tyson Fury, got the size, undefeated at the moment, let's see how he fares against Chisora

Sounds like there's not gonna be a rematch, and Wladimir wants to fight the winner of Fury-Chisora. What a great world champ he is, fighting a domestic champion that has fought less than 20 times. How is that any worse than Haye fighting Fraudley? God Wlad is a hypocritical wanker, I guess if Fury wins we'll see if he at least has the balls to step in the ring with someone taller than him
