Dull Sunday afternnon, or the best Queen album of all!

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Dull Sunday afternnon, or the best Queen album of all!

Post by Rugby Gooner »

Day off today,so chilling with a few cold ones.Watched the Grand Prix until Jenson was denied a chance at the podium by a pit stop fuck-up.So on went the Hi-Fi. First up,a bit of New Order, followed by "Dare" by the Human League.I am currently listening to what I consider to be the best Queen album-"Sheer Heart Attack." Made while they were still an arse kicking rock band, but with glimpses of the "Bohemian Rhapsody" harmonies and production that would secure their place in the annals,(I said annals Kingjayson),of rock!
If anyone knows of a better Queen album, speak now!!!

All things considered RG, my vote for best Queen album would be A Day at the Races. It's a difficult decision cos I love all of Queen's early stuff but my vote is swayed by You Take my Breath Away which I think is my favourite track of anything they ever did.
