Some marital advice for Mrs Ashley Cole! (19/2)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Some marital advice for Mrs Ashley Cole! (19/2)

usual thread starter… right, well this writer may have taken a while to see what was bleeding obvious to the rest of us in the early part of 2005, but better late than never. Anyway, as for a debating point on this we have 2 choices…

Isn’t being stick thin supposed to be the ultimate in womanhood (if you believe all that bullsh*t spouted by the fashion mags)?

Is Cheryl now ‘damaged goods’ herself? Given the opportunity, would you…?

I veer towards Kimberley myself!

THE AUTHOR IS COMPOUNDING THE FIRST ERROR OF FEELING SORRY FOR CASHLEY, BY NOW FEELING SORRY FOR HIS WIFE - THE PERSON THAT APPARENTLY TOLD HIM TO LEAVE ARSENAL AND GO TO CHELSEA RATHER THAN MADRID IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

BLOODY HELL MATEY, WAKE UP AND GET YOURSELF A LIFE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL PLAYING THE 'MEDIA GAME' AND IF YOU REALLY HAVE GOT EXCESS SYMPATHY THAT YOU NEED TO OFF-LOAD ON SOMEONE OR SOMETHING, AT LEAST PICK A TARGET THAT DESERVES IT, NOT SOME PUBLICITY-HUNGRY BINT!!

OH, AND TO ANSWER GOONER.ED'S QUESTION: YES I WOULD!! 8)

There's a part of me that feels sorry for anybody that gets betrayed like that and Mrs Crunt shouldn't be an exception. At least she is able to take herself off somewhere nice and hot whereas most people have to remain and face their problems head on.
We all had a pretty good idea what the little shit was all about but to state the bloody obvious, love really is sometimes blind. We don't know that she wanted him away from Arsenal for the financial aspect. For all we know it could be that he was unhappy and she didn't like seeing him like that. To hold her as responsible as him is not really fair.
I hope she doesn't take him back for her own sake and i also hope she takes the little f*cker to the cleaners. If there is one thing we do know it is that he will hurt more losing the money. I'm told by a friend that works at Stansted Airport that she does have a high opinion of herself and is not the most pleasant person you will ever meet, but does that mean she deserves to be treated like he has treated her?
Hopefully she will sort herself out and move on.

In answer to ed's question, would you? the answer would have to be 'In a heartbeat' although her blonde bandmate is seriously fit too. Thank God I'll never have to choose

Why does anyone seemingly give a toss about Cashley or any of the silly little bints he shags? From what I've seen on the box Tweedy is the sort of plank who is a good match for the greedy little twat. Only 6 Stone eh? Isn't that about the weight in burgers Johnny Hartson ate at half time?

I hope he catches something nasty in the way of a STD and could care less about her, or any of her friends.

My biggest concern is for Howard. Why would you want to waste any money on the Sun mate? I'd rather throw twenty pence in the gutter.

None of us know the truth anyway. Who knows if Cole cheated...the papers make most of their "celebrity" stuff up.

Here's an experiment. Next time you have been to a game at Arsenal, read the review of it in a few of the papers.

Sometimes it is hard to believe the reporter has been at the same game as you!

The papers twist things to sell copies.

YES, BUT CELEBRETIES ARE ALSO KNOWN TO USE THE MEDIA FOR PUBLICITY WHEN IT SUITS THEIR PURPOSES, SO IN EFFECT THEY SCRATCH EACH OTHERS BACKS.

LIKE I SAID IN MY FIRST POST, I DON'T THINK PEOPLE SHOULD BE EXPENDING TOO MUCH SYMPATHY ON MRS COLE. SOMEHOW OR OTHER, I'M SURE SHE WON'T DIE OF A BROKEN HEART!!

INDEED, IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW LONG IT IS UNTIL WE SEE HER BACK WITH ASHLEY/WITH SOMEONE NEW AND BABBLING ABOUT FINDING LOVE AGAIN IN A NEWPAPER AND MAGAZINE EXCLUSIVE - FOR THE RIGHT PRICE, OF COURSE!!

I think they've both got a good deal out of it.

Since she married him there are less rumours about her being a racist

Since he played away there are less rumours about him scoring at the wrong end.

From an Arsenal perspective they're both yesterday's news - couldn't care less what they get up to - not as if it's actually interesting is it?
