The problem is Wenger doesn't want anyone to interfere with his project and teach his babies something different from what they're used to.worthing_gooner wrote:Keown was defensive coach when we went on the CL run without conceding, culminating in the final against Barce. That back four was (I think) Eboue, Campbell, Senderos and Flamini.
If he can coach those four into a run without conceding, then the guy is worth his weight in gold.

There isnt one.You only have to look at the way we defend set pieces that we dont practice them in training.Peeman wrote:Who is our current defensive coach![]()
Coz whoever it is should be shot with the balls of his own shit
You can imagine a training session at Colney. One hour of one touch 5 a side, the ball is not allowed off the ground and no tackling allowed
This. Wenger would see it as him needing help if he were to get Keown in, that his masterplan was not working. I don't think his ego & pride will let him ask for help or admit that he's doing something wrong...1989 wrote:The problem is Wenger doesn't want anyone to interfere with his project and teach his babies something different from what they're used to.worthing_gooner wrote:Keown was defensive coach when we went on the CL run without conceding, culminating in the final against Barce. I hated Terry Neill towards the end of his tenure, I was outside the main entrance, among loads of others, chanting him out in 1983, I'm looking forward to doing to same to Wenger in a few months time.ThomasMitchell wrote:I have never hated an Arsenal manager - Wenger is the first.franksav63 wrote:I don't think I've ever hated an Arsenal manager more than I hate this c**t...mcdowell42 wrote:http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Ar ... 79041.html
