Would you sell Chamakh?

Chamakh had a good start to last season, scoring goals, making goals and generally getting involved.
He arrived on a free transfer.

Since New Year he has lost a lot of form.

Stories in the press said he was suffering from fatigue and struggling to adapt to the English game.

Rumours persist he was/is being blackmailed for his part in hotel room antics in Las Vegas.

If a bid came in for him would you sell him?

Who would replace him?

Yes, im tired of all this link up play bullshit and when cesc goes its going to be even more pointless. Give me a striker with pace who wants to score goals and drop RvP into the "bergkamp role".

Sell him in a heartbeat, a flakier weaker forward I've yet to see.

I'd keep Bendtner over Chamakh.

The worlds greatest player has scored some beauts for us, has a physical presence and sometimes, on a good day, can beat a man - all Chamakh offers is a gay haircut.

Get rid imo.

Sell him, Bendtner, Vela and Walcott, then use that money to buy Falcao from Porto, and as LDB said, drop van Persie into the traditional no. 10 roll that Dennis Nicolaas Bergkamp filled with such aplomb!

If I was boss!

Would sell Chamakh for Â£7-10M and bring in Benzema for pace and power.

Never liked RvP in Bergkamp role, think he is better suited to scoring goals than making them, when deep he holds onto ball too long.

Play RvP up top almost alongside another striker and get back to 4-4-2 some games, or if we play 4-2-3-1 use Benzema on left of front three where he has played well before.

Vela's quality m8, didn't u see his chip four yrs ago

Theo's got blistering pace and erm, is quick

RVP however will unfortunately be out injured at the time

I thought he contributed very much to the first half of our season when we were flying and he was up front on his tod.

Then he was dropped for no apparent reason and got fuck all game time in the second half of the season and we fell apart (i'm not saying it was because of him not playing that we fell apart).

I'd give him another season - I think he'd be great in a 4-4-2 alongside The Robe

RvP's best role is definitely on the right hand side of a 4-2-3-1 in my opinion, so I would play RvP on the right and Chamakh as the main striker...or actually, maybe Vela. Ask him to be a main striker with the main task being to be at the end of things....and he could become a top striker.

Chamakh's form went downhill round about the time that he found out that Morocco was close to Iraq.

The shock at his own lack of geographical awareness has left him scarred for life. And he is also worried that fighting in Iraq may spill over 6 borders and affect his family.

For me its about selling and replacing.

If we sell Bendtner, Chamakh and to a lesser extent JET reserve striker then surely we must bring in 2 strikers with quality to replace them.

Which Wenger wouldnt do. If it came to it between Vela and Chamakh I would pick Chamakh everytime.

So for me, get rid of Vela, Bendtner seems on his way, leave Chamakh one more year.

There are other players I want to be sold more badly, but IÂ´d sell him for 10m.
