The New Gooner Magazine

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I learnt a long time ago that you can't please all the people all the time, so I'm sure there will be some who don't think too much of the new design, but the vast majority of feedback we've had so far has been positive. [Cue a load of negative comments.]

There will hopefully be a farewell Spy column in the next issue, but basically he was finding it increasingly difficult to motivate himself to write about the same concerns month after month. I think we can all empathise with that view.

As for an electronic version of The Gooner... watch this space.

Well, before you go out and spend money on a replacement, I believe that we already have an internal solution....

On a serious note I too wont receive my copy of the Gooner until later in the week but am very disappointed to hear of the spy's "retirement" I liked the guy's article and would always have been my first piece to read as he always called it as he see's it 8) Am sure that once we rid the club of the french *word censored* currently pretending to be a manager then we will see a return to The Arsenal most of us grew up with and maybe that will rekindle the spy's appetite to pen a few words 8)

I haven't seen the new version yet.

But it gets the thumbs down from me if Dwight Hart Lane has been dropped from the format.

Dwight isn't in this issue but we're sure he'll make the odd appearance during the season. Glad you like it - one of my personal favourites too so no chance of it being dropped!

Mine's a Guinness Kevin. ;)
Oh you still have yours, I thought you dropped it? Or was that a ploy to bend over in front of me?

I'm sorry but as you haven't worked a day in magazine production you know nothing and your opinion means nothing so just pay your £2.00 and shut up
