Hahaha couldn't resist, may offend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

THAT MIGHT WELL BE TRUE OF YOUR PICTURES BUT THEY WERE BEING ADVERTISED AND PARADED AS IF THEY WERE OF MINORS - ESPECIALLY KHALID'S.

I'M SORRY MATE BUT IN THESE SENSITIVE TIMES WE JUST CAN'T TAKE ANY CHANCES.

i have no idea what these images were, but if you continue pushing the boundaries, the chances are you won't have a forum to discuss either football or women on here.

the publisher of the gooner has taken some expert legal advice recently and we can go one of four ways -

1. continue without taking chances which we know can lead to possible problems. this is in regard to both slander/defamation/incitement to violence and the entirely different issue of obscenity under UK law.

2. start banning people we think are not intelligent enough to adhere to 1. and we are loathe to ban anyone. we really do not want to become censorious.

3. make it a closed forum a bit like the herd's where members have to be approved before even reading posts. this would result in it becoming a bit of a private club which we really don't want to happen.

4. just continue with the main part of the website and scrap the forum entirely.

the publisher is weighing up his options, but threads like this aren't going to help matters much.
