2nd thoughts on Newcastle

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

2nd thoughts on Newcastle

Guys , I am from lancashire so not sure totally on the riot situation , most of you reading this will be from London , and I was wondering if it would be SAFE to travel to Newcastle,

I don't think their our riots in Newcastle , but the presence of 3000 arsenal fans may encourage any violence ?

Very selfish I know , as a lot of you in London may have already been victims of the riots and I just want some advice on what to do .

I am sorry for any of you caught up in the violence.
