I love cesc and bear no ill will towards him. Imo he must go down as one of the most talented players to ever play for Arsenal in decades to come i will be proud to say i saw him play for us. Yet its my hunch that these recurring hamstrings injuries are going to hamper the rest of his career, i would be surprised if the second half of his career is anywhere near as good as the first (from a playing perspective, im sure he will improve trophy wise).
Its a massive shame that we took the best years of one the best midfielders in world football and surrounded him with dross.
Nasri on the other hand, now theres a c**t.
Couldn't agree more, the only shame of it is the price he is going for! Bloody madness IMO, we are being taken for mugs yet again.

What fucks me off more than anything about this is that Wenger has waited so long and then still accepted pretty much what they were offering in the first place.
This whole club is full of a bunch of spineless fucking yes men who bend over whenever a bigger club comes along to snatch one of our players.
Now we have 48 hours before the start of the season, and four huge games in the space of a few weeks, and we've given ourselves absolutely no time to replace them.
Make no mistake, if we don't replace them we don't stand a chance. We have nobody anywhere near as creative as those two, regardless what people think of them as individuals.
Who will our midfield be against Newcastle? What if Wilshere is still injured? We'll have Ramsey, Song... erm.......

Its fucking bullshit it really is. We all knew the move was happening when he wasnt included in several teams for pre season friendlies but yet again Wenger mugs us off by selling him right before the start of the season with no replacement. The £30m wont be re-invested in new players let not kid ourselves, even if it was going to be the timing of the deal is awful as United have almost tied up the Scnidier deal for £33m
As for Cesc himself i hope he realises that the grass isnt greener on the other side. The fans here idolised him at this club and at Barca he will just be another big name in their team nothing special despite how they have been going on in the papers for years, thats all to appese their inflated egos nothing to do with their love for Cesc.

Fuck Cesc. His silence is the reason he's going for so cheap. Had he come out and said he was happy at Arsenal it might have forced their hand. Instead his silence was deafening and they knew he was up for the cheap. He's forced us to sell him. Had this been Madrid we would have 60 odd mil in the bank.
And at least Petit shed a tear when he left us, Cesc will probably be sucking off Xavi with joy by Midnight

Judging by the way the *word censored* bids for players, it wouldn't surprise me if he accepted less, he seems to me to be destroying our club, I wanted Cesc gone last season, Wenger should have learnt his lesson from Henry, giving players who want to go another season, never works. Wenger has now got a great ready made excuse for not getting in replacements (no time) he makes me sick.

He deserves no credit whatsoever. If the catalan poof had any decency about him he would have come out and let be known what he really wants, instead of fucking us about for months and months. He has been working with the Barcawhores to work a deal out while we pay his wages, he allowed (and probably encouraged) their players to shit all over us unchallenged, and to top it all off, he pays out of his own pocket to get out! It really is just degrees of petulance anymore with these namby pamby footballers - i have not seen any case over transfer wranglings in the last few years with the money involved that would give me cause to have sympathy with them.
If i was working in a firm and constantly whinging to my boss that a rival firm employed all my mates, my mates are always telling me how wonderful it is to work there and how well they are doing, my boss would soon tell me to remember who i worked for and shut the fuck up or get sacked, no matter how important i was to the firm. Mind you, if i was getting a shed load of money each week for doing fuck all i would have the good sense to keep me gob shut.
But then i also think we give these fuckwits of footballers too much credit in the IQ stakes. Way too many of them are greedy selfish little bastards.
