Betting thread - Season 11/12

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Im thinking of sticking £100 on arsenal today but cant make my mind up on if i should back us to win the match or draw no bet.

Any honest thoughts....my head may be ruling my head!!

Way too fucking risky, any of em. Rosicky will probably start in the middle of the pitch, that should tell you everything.

I'm feeling a draw here today. Arsenal hasn't showed a ton of creativity or potency in the preseason and I don't think it will magically appear just because "it's the season" now. Although Gervinho might be a gamebreaker.

Bet the team goals in match market. Better odds and the full-time result doesn't matter

For instance, Arsenal are evens generally to win the match but you can get 6/5 for them to score 2 or more goals & 7/2 to score 3 or more goals.

Fancy QPR to make a good start, and i think we'll take the points in Newcastle. Wont be spending big as first weekend in premier can throw up very funny results.

My bets for today are:
QPR
Arsenal
Ipswich
MK Dons
Accumulator

And also
QPR
Ipswich
MK Dons
Treble, cos sure as shite our lads will let me down as they have done many many times in the past.

Paddy Power doing a great offer - if a penalty is scored in the game you bet on, any losing bets are refunded. I might have a few quid on a game or two now.

Excellent! I've had £20 on Wigan to beat Norwich with Paddy Power and Wigan have just scored a penalty so I'm now in a no-lose situation :barscarf:
