As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

don't worry, mates...
Exactly the same as our defenders!!
i'll bring an abacus.
Problem is that, for all our attacking play, hardly anyone knows how to shoot when within sight of the goal!! It's a bit like a man suffering from delayed ejaculation - exciting at the beginning but frustrating as fuck when you can't finish the job off!!

Sounds familiar! Enjoy the trip mate, when will you arrive?
With no RVP who's gonna step up and actually score for us? Can't see it happening on tuesday and Udinese will be happy to sit back and nick a draw. 0-0.

aug 15th, late at night (almost the 16th).
staying just two days:
16th - morning/afternoon: wife's compulsive shopping in any riots-free zone (even though shopping itself is a type of riot, innit?)
16th - evening: YOU KNOW
16th - night: beer as needed
17th - morning: some kind of walkabout, waiting for the time to come.
17th - evening: airplane leaving.

Hope you have a good trip, apart from the shopping bit of course

Sorry mate, I dislike a lot about our club at present but I can't wish a defeat on us. There are times when im resigned to a defeat because i know we'll get battered but wishing is a whole different thing.
oh, BTW, three years ago we won away to borussia dortmund.
surprisingly, but we deserved it all: sanchez missed almost three easy goals.
0-2 and it all seemed to be done.
then we lost at home. our terrified and confused (why?) players couldn't just move their feet.
0-2.
well, at the end we passed on penalties, but never say never with our team.

Gonna be saying this untill we do win then? I thought the idea of me not shaving untill we won was bad.
Still can't make my mind up if I want us to win or not. Don't want to see us struggle but the only way to get Wenger out is to loose. the agony of choice...

Totally right......another 0-0 draw will do for me

And that indeed is a sad indictment of where our club now stands A few years ago you could absolutely pur your house on us beating the 4th best team in italy that has just sold 3 of their best players but nowadays our club is such a mess you would be afraid to bet on them beating dagenham & redbridge
Thing is our form from march to the end of last season was absolutely woeful and that carried on into pre season and didnt improve for geordie game either - at what point does wenger concede that either the personnel or tactics (or both even) are not working ? With exception of gervinho that was the same players who were so instrumental in our dire run in last season. We all know that we should have re-inforced and that point is discussed at length elsewhere but shouldnt he look at changing the tactics ? We are so predictable now and the one thing you do not want to be when playing tactically astute italian teams is predictable so there may well be more trouble ahead Either that or we will win 3 nil of course
I still think our team should be good enought o win a game like this. But we seem so limp at times. There were positives at Newcastle, but we had a real chance to set a marker down and prove a few people wrong and yet we still missed chances or didn't bloody shoot.
