It is painfully obvious to me from the statements that have been made by Wenger that both Nasri and Cesc have been sold against the wishes of Wenger by Gazidis.
Wenger does NOT conduct the wage negotiations nor the actual transfer negotiations ,the club do .................and have always done !
One of the reasions Edleman was outed was because he fucked up the Flamini contract and it would appear that Gazidis isn't much better given the current track record of the club and contracts.

Given that u can understand Wengers statements which make sense given the above scenario.

Lets see how much they allocate him to spend !

Not a lot is my guess !

Typical wenger apologist comment.

You should get together with us martin

The final insult in this sorry mess is that they have inserted a 200M Euro buyout clause in his contract.

What a fuckin joke, the club is a complete laughing stock.

Latest from press conference:

Wenger still hopeful we can keep Nasri. Still also hopeful of bringing in "one or two".

Well fuck me that's filled us all with confidence hasn't it   :banghead: :banghead:

That's the worst thing about this whole sorry saga for me is that we pay top dollar to watch this football team and yet we don't know whether we're coming or going.

Regardless of what's going on behind the scenes, in public the management at AFC come across like a bunch of fucking amateurs.

SORT IT OUT ARSENAL :banghead:

Hang on though - Ronaldo made it clear that he wanted to go to Real Madrid and after at first saying he wouldn't sell them a virus, Fergie relented but demanded £80m or no deal. Guess what, he got it - even though it was a single club option much like Cesc's transfer. The difference is that Man United and Fergie have more balls than the spineless men currently in charge at our once great club
Read what I said. Its Barcelona. Any other club would have paid big money.
I read what you wrote and the point that is eluding you it seems is that with four years left on his contract, we still had the power to control the situation. We set a fee on which we won't go below; Barca either pay it or fuck off; Cesc either accepts the situation and knuckles down or he sulks then spends a few months out of the side and kicking his heels!! Which ever way, Arsenal were still in a strong enough position not to have to bend over and take it up the pooper, devoid of lubrication and without any protection!!  :banghead: :banghead:

Just watched the greasy little *word censored* doing his keepie uppies in a whore shirt. Kissed their badge about 4 seperate times. Also his hamstring seemed absolutely fine.

Any talk of him being an Arsenal legend is quite frankly a disgrace.

Exactly this, he may have made it a one club auction, he may have sulked and not played but we are not crippled by debt and could have made a stand.

If all that money is not spent on big re enforcements then what was the point in selling?

Cesc has shafted us, barcelona have shafted us, we shafed ourselves.

I really thought he was gonna say he was forced to move and that he didn't actually want to go Barca.

We were good when he joined, they were not the team they are now or were not winning things, I doubt he took much persuading, roles are reversed now and he's all of a sudden dreamt of this moment for 8 years.

Says it all about him really.

Spot on mate.

He's a snake, no different to your typical modern day footballer.
