Adios.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I really thought he was gonna say he was forced to move and that he didn't actually want to go Barca.
We were good when he joined, they were not the team they are now or were not winning things, I doubt he took much persuading, roles are reversed now and he's all of a sudden dreamt of this moment for 8 years.

Says it all about him really.
He's returning home after 8 years. Guess what? It is his home

What did you guys really think he was going to say for his new club?

He is gone, it wasn't unexpected and time to get used to him kissing another badge!

Can we all move on please.

Mr Wenger says the likes of Rosicky and Song need our support so that is what we should do!

Bit of respect and recognition for the club that made him what he is wouldn't have gone amiss?

What at the Barca press conference?

To be honest I full expect him to come out with some "nice" statement about us as a club and our fans blah blah at some point

If he doesn't...... what a c**t

It wasn't our club that made him what he is today, it was his 'DNA'

would anyone object to just getting this thread closed down, and all other threads talking about cesc. Sick to death of it now. m

He's gone, we always know he would be going back one day, this is that day, END OF.

Also as police are investigating a mugging in N5, where barca get cesc for circa £30m and then immediately slap on a £200m buy out clause, it would be unfair to comment on the case any further as it is an active police investigation. :-P

Someone that pays out of his own pocket to leave the club is a *word censored* not a legend.

Szczesny tweets.........

53Szczesny53 Wojciech Szczesny - Good luck to our friend and captain @cesc4official. He's been fantastic for Arsenal and will be missed at the club!

Sorry he is not our captain and hasn't been for a long time!

Well Barca certainly value Fabregas more than we do. A supposed 130million Euros buy-out clause put in his new contract

Sad times at The Arsenal

Cesc " I'm sorry I couldn't say anything to the Arsenal fans over the last couple of months. Arsenal didn't allow me to talk to anyone"
