If so you may have witnessed a particularly vicious attack on an Eastern European migrant with the perpetrator showing little remorse.

His attacker was said to be around 6ft 4 inches tall, of caucasation origin and had the particularly distinguishing feature of dragging his knuckles as he walked.

Police have released this cctv footage.
