The thing that worries me the most is that this is pretty much our team for the rest of the season, bar Van Persie and Wilshere. Absolutely shitting it now. There is no way we will play even half as good as last season if the squad stays like this.
Forget about defenders, we need a striker and a CM fast. Imagine if we lose VP to injury again and we're left with Chamack leading the front against the likes of Stoke...

the most frightening win and clean sheet i think i have ever witnessed. we have absolutely. no. chance. this season. even with RVP and Jack in that team, we are in big, big trouble.

Well you have to say that what we just watched confirms all our fears. Even if we sign "one, maybe two players", this squad as a whole just isn't good enough.

I did have more to say but, you know what, I really can't be bothered.

Top 4....we'll be lucky to make top 10

One shot in the 2nd half at home

If we are relying on injury prone *word censored* like Gibbs and Djourou this is what you end up with. Our best CB playing LB.As well as 2 CB's we need a LB

We have one striker in RVP and we all know he will get injured soon.Chamakh and Bender can fuck off out of the club

That's Life As A Gooner

The ClownEboue is gone
No more shall he dance
But we’ve also lost the boy from barthelona
A certain Cesc Fabregas
Apparently Bendtners now staying
He’s even been offered a new contract
As has the old twat Rosicky
Written on a sicknote from the Quack
=
Vela has gone to a Spanish health farm
To try and lose some weight
While we wait for the sale of
The mercenary *word censored*
Whose been wearing the number eight
But we’ve signed the Ox
And two other’s just as young
They’re not quite ready yet
But will be great in days to come
=
Aaaah! this is life as a Gooner
It ain’t like it used to be
With the likes of Mr Arsenal
Of Bergkamp and Thierry
They were miracles,
They were invincibles
They were a class apart for ever more
They knew how to defend,
And oh! the goals they used to score !
=
Wenger’s new bank balance
Is black in the extreme
But the *word censored* won’t spend a penny
To improve our beloved team
So for now we have to keep the faith
Keep our love for The Arsenal alive
And show our support for the future
Jack, Shez and Aaron, RVP and TV5
=
Aaaah! But that’s life as a Gooner
It ain’t like it used to be
When we had Pires and Seaman
Vieira and red haired Freddie
They were miracles,
They were invincibles
They were a class apart for ever more
They knew how to defend
And Oh! What goals they scored!

About as close as a 1-0 gets.
Good runs from Theo, needs to sharpen with the shooting.
Frimpong looks good.
Song sloppy losing midfield possession.
More injuries though!

Wenger won't be holding a press conference, now there's a shock. Wonder whats got him afraid to talk to people?

Apparently Gibbs and Djourou only have minor injury problems. So expect them back in 9 months with no clue whats wrong with their hamstrings.

That is significant because it is under his contract that he speaks after Champions League games, unless because of his touchline ban he is also banned from giving a press conference?

is it just me or does it really feel like this club is falling apart? i know that only really cesc has gone (as clichy was poor, and nasri hasn't gone yet but obviously will, and even then it's only 2 players) but it just really seems like the heart's been or being ripped out of this club :(
