QPR bid 4m for Scott Parker

In my defence.....unlike Wenger I kind of have one......I was taking the other thread as being Arsenal's transfer thread and hadn't read it....I've resorted to talking about other clubs bids now! :lol:

If you think that parker isnt a million miles better than song then you need to watch more football herd :?

Maybe we have sunk that low and I just dont realise it but please I've watched him over the years and he isn't much at all ! 8 million for another injury prone munchkin seems like suicide to me !

Should be all over him at that price. Lets face it, we're a club that gives minutes to Rosicky, Diaby, Denilson in midfield, and have recently lost Cesc Fabregas. Parker would absolutely piss into our midfield. People saying he's not good enough make me laugh. We're no elite team. Parker would be a super star here. We're a cheap club, and he's a cheap player, match made in heaven.

Exactly 1989, people talk about our midfield as if we have Vieira, Pires, Cesc and Petit to call on. We don't, we have the awful Diaby, Rosicky, Denilson and Song. 4 of the most pathetic midfielders for years. Parker is 10 times the player of any of them and is nowhere near as injury prone as Diaby or Rosicky.

Parker would indeed be a decent buy for us. I agree he is overated but for the team we have now he would be like having Claude Makelele! I just don't see Arsene splashing out on him tho cos if he did it would "kill Frimpong" :)
