Not sure on the first point, maybe it's just a 'Frank' thingQuartzGooner wrote:Frank, hope you had a good holiday in California?
I have to be honest and say that in the past you have posted various "stories" on here that have failed to materialise.
That said, I and various others (another Frank springs to mind) have also posted various "Predictions", so I am not having a pop.
Whilst I have hear absolutely nothing from any banker, director or peanut seller around the club, I do have an odd feeling about all this.
There is very much the look of a "Dead Man Walking" about Wenger, and Dein's Football Focus interview has to be something to take notice of.
I really think Wenger is close to the "Sack/Resignation by Mutual Consent", with a Director of Football job at PSV lined up for him.
I would take no pleasure from Wenger's dismissal should it happen, even though I think Wenger has lost his edge.
I will just be very sad that a great manager has lost his way so publically.

But what if you had a hot shot worker that was able to make numerous smaller deals which financially worked and continued to be successful over a number of years doing so?cameron326 wrote:The board are NEVER going to sack Wenger outright because they know damn well they are as much resposnilbe of the declne of Arsenal as is Wenger.
It would be like a boss telling his workers not to sign any big foreign risky contracts and concentrate on smaller deals with potential, and then firing his workers for not signing any big risky foreign contracts.
Aint going to happen, and the sooner the fans put the blame where it really lies the Board- whose greed and penny pinching are ruining the reputation of our once universally respected manager and football club the better.
