As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

it's since wednesday we're only blaming on the executives. lol.
a strange game. two legs for two lame teams. will the winner walk properly? or even ... run?
what did you guys make of the first leg? did you feel robbed at not being able to turn your chances into goals? what does italy expect to happen on wednesday?
well, was it anderlecht we're challenging (just for example), we'd be very confident. playing away we had ball possession and good chances to score.
but the name "arsenal" is still frightening. we sway from deep desperation towards full trust. the only ones we really trust in are our trainer and our players.
we know they'll play a good match. beyond this... i'm not a fortune teller.
note that we have a different attitude, compared to yours, towards this game: we're used to play the EL, but CL is the passport to paradise. a step that would bring us to the football jet set. if this won't happen, well, life will go on.

well reading that, i think our best hope lays in you guys suffering from a combination of freezing in the headlights of being so close to the champions' league's promised land, and perhaps wrongfully showing us too much respect because we are the arsenal

We'll lose 1-0 in 90 minutes and they'll get another in extra time. United away next week is an absolute home banker, a 100% non losing bet for any serious gamblers out there.

the only reason i'm not putting any money on man utd is because it would be just like fucking arsenal to go and win the most 100% definite loss game for years

Lots of big sides have failed to get into the CL. As someone mentioned Liverpool,Bayern etc in other years. Not qualifying is not an excuse for us not to be spending.
