As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

You shall be ordered at once to ye lane where you shall become a y!d at once and also you may not stand up for yourself, punishment will be an eternity of Danny Dyer-isms from children called JD and transexual ladyboys called herd.
Protest??? Haha
Without people like the noise at Highbury these days it's more about who can shout fuck off you y!d the loudest.
That's why we should start the protest outside the seating area.
Let's out number the pricks who call themselves the red action group!!
F**k me - it pains me that it's come to this but I agree totally that we do need to do something otherwise this drift that we're seeing is just gonna get worse.
We've gone from being unbeaten Champions to a laughing stock in 7 years - after 2004 we should've gone on to dominate England and Europe but now we're reduced to a selling club with a manager that sits and scratches his head whilst his team is getting beaten!!
No-one should ever underestimate the power that we would have IF enough people stood up for what they believe in and made their point before, during and after a match. Christ, the media would have a field day, lets face it, some lone nutter in Iraq has only got to burn a US flag and it's shown all over the World.
I don't think anyone can disagree that a change of direction is needed at Arsenal, whether it's a new manager, a new owner, more spirit from the players or a change in transfer policy. If we sit silently the likes of Wenger and Hill-Wood will just continue down the same old path and we'll fall further and further behind our rivals.
A Club that has our history, charges the prices we do and has a wage bill of £114million a year should be doing so much better!!!! And maybe we're the ones that need to remind them of that . . . . . . .

Have to agree; make a scene, but do it politely and do it within your rights. If you look like a bunch of angry drunks, no one will take you seriously; if you look like a group of concerned fans standing up for their right to protest a currently shitty team in an overpriced stadium, that's another thing entirely.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I am a self-described 'angry drunk', am I still welcome?
If protests at other clubs are anything to go by, it needs to be well organised, clear and with a valid point. The problem with the 'spend money' chants is that it can come across to the rest of the country and media as spoilt brats moaning. The way to get people involved and to attract supporters is to go along the route of the 'wounded fan', damaged by the way the club has raised prices and not repayed the loyalty of fans. Manure got so much publicity because they played the tradition card, Newcastle got negative publicity because of the thuggish way they went after Ashley.
A protest is a decent idea if handled well and aimed at the right people- board or manager or a comination of both. Banners in the ground always get attention but need to be sensible and witty. If we go down this route, lets do it properly.
NBN wrote:The best way to be herd is to get a load of people plotted up outside the entrance to the directors box early doors and make a lot of noise. Needs to be properly organised though with everyone singing off the same hymnsheet.
I can get hold of some hymbooks if it'll help Although singing all things bright and beautiful probably wouldnt help much
I'm on the RA email list to hear and see what there up to.
One came through the other day explaining and righting some wrongs about RA.
It effectively said that RA's sole purpose is to support the team and to improve the atmosphere.
I wish I still had it but I'm sure it said that in order to support the team they would also need back the manager despite there real feelings.
Basically RA create only positivity inside the ground.
That said they did support the BSM and attended a march and disgreed with the 6%.
As a season ticket holder for over 10 years now, and a follower of our beloved Arsenal Football club since 1978 I have had a gut full of our Manager and Board turning us into a feeder club for Man City and Barcelona then charging us an extra 6% for the pleasure.
Go back to trainspotting or whatever you did before reading fever pitch and deciding it would be cool to bring the thermos flask and an old radio to the games so u could inform those around you that scunthorpe have just equalised against grimsby .

Pricks? Sounds like you're the fuckin prick, mate.
I suggest you contact REDaction directly if you are serious about this. However, as I suspect you are just logging on to have a moan and won't actually go through with this, you probably won't bother.
If you care to do some research on REDaction, instead of typing out ill conceived ideas about a fans group you clearly know zero about, you will save us all a lot of time.
