Why the f*ck couldn't he have had the good grace to leave and by all means say nice things about his new employers without feeling the need to slag the old ones off!

Fact is that he really would have preferred to go to Utd over Citeh and if passionate fans are what he was after then wouldn't he have been better off at Stoke...?

He's right about the lack of passion at the bowl. We all know that, just as there is the same quietness around any of the bigger grounds at most games.

However, to say that he wanted to go to City because they are the team of the future is complete bollocks. We all know full well it was because he couldn't get by on the pittance Arsenal paid him and took up Citys offer of the biggest salary.

I'm (now) glad he's gone.

I still think he left for similar reasons like Cesc & Clichy in that they saw the club stagnating. I just think because that itâ€™s Citeh that we all assume that the money is a factor. I think it helps but I'm not sure it was the main reason for him moving.

Still he's gone so I'm no longer thinking about it or him. We've got really what is a great sum of money for a player that was in his last year of his contract.
