Â£6 mil for Gary Cahill.
Then muppets have the front to complain when clubs offer us insulting amounts for our players. Over Â£73 million made from transfer of Cesc, Nasri, Eboue and Clichy, added to Â£40 million in transfer funds, a 6.5% price hike and ridiculous insulting bids are made....so that when the window closes that *word censored* Wenger can turn round and say 'we tried our best but clubs wouldn't sell'

What pisses me off BIG time - Is that people (Gooners and many other footie fans ) are only too willing to Believe what they read in the papers...I'm NOT avin' a go MK...you are just cutting and pasting from the Beebs website...and I would love some of the good (transfer) rumours to be true...But, I know that a large majority of the media (even some journo's who are Gooners - or claim to be

Once you've calmed down, you might care to go on Twitter, and read what BOLTON CHAIRMAN Phil Gartside had to say: he confirmed the Â£6 million bid from Arsenal, and had an almighty pop at Wenger and the club, calling it a joke.

But yeah. The media made it all up cos it's a witch hunt agains Wenger.

Then it makes me think that our finances are all over the place in theory we should have around 50 mill+ to spend on players and we offer 6 mill plus add ons for Cahill .Wish Wenger or the board will tell us what the fuck is going on and why we do not reinvest in the squad when we make millions profits on players .

Agree with the first two comments.
3rd one is a bit different. I seem to remember people going crazy when we didn't compete with Chelsea for Lukaku. This guy is younger and plays in arguably a better league than Lukaku last season?

Don't get me wrong, I don't want him signed as the only answer to our striker weaknesses, but happy to see us compete for him.

Unfortunately he was playing against us at the time.....
