Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The only thing that could be a really positive thing for the club now is if we announce a defensive coach and a director football who is going to do all negotiations and handle the financial side.
4th place? On the last six months form we will be fighting for survival. Top ten I'm afraid for us this year. No St Totteringhams Day :( Stoke and Bolton above us that's our future this year.

And unlike our own, ahem, "free-kick expert" (It's in van Persie country  :banghead: ), this guy Alex actually scores from free-kicks.

If we sign Alex the rentboys will buy Cahill.

Just fucking sign Cahill, then get Leighton Baines as a LB, and that sorts the free kick problem! :barscarf:

With WS, Wilshere, Vermalen Sagna, Frimpong, Gervinho, Van Persie and Walcott in the team for the majority of the season we will be a top 6 side no doubt...

We had most of them for the 1st two games of the season. We drew against the barcodes and lost against the scousers.

I'd rather take Chav rejects than french league rejects all the time.

Agreed there - not sure Benayoun is really the kind of player we need but I'll take it over nobody that's for sure.

Nice avatar mate, what programme you use to do the black and white?

I would take Benayoun over Rosicky all day long!

C'mon let's be honest this is our level of signing and about as good as it will get!
