Something for eddie

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Something for eddie

Post by 2007_gooner »

I Have just been reading on the Arsenal website that there has been more than 12,500 emails sent to them with messages of support for eddie.

I was thinking is there anything that could be done at the ground before a game to show our support to eddie.

I know there have been complants from AFC about a banner before now but would they allow it just this once, or maybe something else to show eddie we are thinking of him.

Also if the players do need a lift then maybe seeing this before a game as the come out the tunnel might help them.

Just a suggestion
Your thoughts???

I've made up a new song for Eduardo!

We Love Eduardo Dudu!
We Love Eduardo Dudu!
We Love Eduardo Dudu!
Ooooh We Love Eduardo!

The 1000 miles song hasn't caught on for him yet. I remember againsgt Derby at home someone behind me singing that, no-one else joined in. Other songs welcome.

I think that we just need to make the atmosphere at the Grove electric on Saturday throughout the game, lifting the team spirits overall after such a hard week.
Obviously chanting Eduardo's name when the team come out would be a great sign to him to show how many fans are thinking of him and wishing him well.
