Tis true. SSN reported it 5 mins ago. He's flying back in from the international set up and they said he had tweeted something about it too. I guess QPR may be another option? But it's most likely to be Arsenal I would think.

Well he was on top form when Liverpool were going for the league. Perhaps Wenger sees it as a short term solution with us being able to go in and sign someone in January?

Anyway he knocked Spurs out of the CL for West Ham that year so he'll always be an Arsenal legend.

BBC reported we enquired about Arteta and Fellani but Everton don't expect any sales.

Is this sarcasm?

Benayoun twitter:

I am supposed to fly in the morning to London to speak with Chelsea and try to close a contract in one of the teams mentioned

Fair enough!

I kind of agree.
I'm no fan but we need another player that like Nasri can unlock defenses. We're seriously lacking in that department.

"How can you consider yourself a big club if in one summer you lose Fabregas, Nasri and the worlds greatest centre-forward?"

Hey guys stop moaning about Benayoun! He will be a 'short term squad player option'. He is definitely as good as Cesc and Nasri for me, and he can join some of our other squad players like Alex Song, Koscielny, Diaby, Gibbs, Jenkinson and Rosicky!
As far as I'm concerned, getting Benayoun in and releasing a disinterested Cesc and Nasri is a massive upgrade.
It will also be a huge coup managing to snag one of Chelsea's most key players. Villas-Boas must be gutted to be losing him, much as Fergie was gutted when ManYoo lost Silvestre to us!!!

:? Doesn't take much to be an Arsenal legend these days does it? You don't even have to play for the club apparently...

One of Chelsea's key figures?

He hardly played last season and they have given his squad number to Mata!

Wouldn't seem very fucking key to me!

EDIT: Just saw who the post-writer was!

Sarcasm now seen!

But he's better then Diaby, Rosicky, Theo & Vela even if its temporary its an improvement. Plus I doubt (you can tell I'm excited about this window) that I don't think he's the only one coming in.
