Rightly so, I reckon our business for the day is done.

Isn't Gerv pretty much Nasri's replacement.

Would love us to get Arteta. Surely he's gettable for a reasonable price

Better than a disinterested Cesc or a wantaway Nasri for me, great signing, great bit of business there can be missing link and he and Chu Young will be lethal together up front.

And you say Ramseys shit :banghead: :banghead:

So where's our (not directly) replacement for Cesc! :banghead: :banghead:

Arsenal have made a 13m pound bid for Marvin Martin.

Is he any good Babatunde?

With Ramsey and Wilshire coming through Cesc was surplus to requirements. That's why we got rid...... 8) !

Think Wenger peaked to early. Still got Merts to announce so what are they doing today!?!?! :?

Seriously Sammy it's just over 2 hours for 6pm but there's no new/rumours.
Why have I got the feeling that Merts is supposed to be our marquee signing.

It's called Sarcasm mate!!!

Look I have some more of them:

Gibbs is Clichy's replacement
Chu Young is Henry's replacement
Benayoun is better than Cesc
Rosicky is Nasri's replacement in our internal transfer market

Feel free to add some more!!!

I have to say I haven't been one bit impressed with Ramsey so far this season. Had a couple of decent preformances after he came back from injury. Worryingly similar to Eduardo.
For me the Jury was out on Ramsey even before his injury and they still haven't returned a verdict.

But they would have worked so hard to do anything, all night probably and up to 12 tonight, poor buggers ;)

Marvin Martin: he's a midget, good technique but ridiculously weak, easily shrugged off the ball. Fuck all pedigree, hit and miss at Sochaux. Played for France just twice I believe and considering how shite the current France team is that's bloody poor. Had good game v Ukraine I believe but generally has fuck all end product. Has been at Sochaux over 6 years and yet not a single big club in France (i.e. Lyon/PSG) who usually hoover up all the half decent Ligue 1 players has shown any interest. No overseas club shown any interest either.

Like Chamakh, says it all.

Oh P.S: Has no CL experience

Agree with Sid re Ramsey. Should be nowhere near our starting XI.

Has been shocking so far this season, and against United I thought he was one of the worst players on the field, which takes some doing.

He needs time and he should be well down the pecking order.

ramsey was just coming into form before 'lenny' did him.
He was playing with great confidence, thats why he was playing.

I dont know if he is going to make a full recovery, but the guys situation is an exception, his leg was snapped in two, its going to take a while no matter what, he shouldnt be under pressure like the rest of our players who were never good enough.
