Is he any good Babatunde?
Marvin Martin: he's a midget, good technique but ridiculously weak, easily shrugged off the ball. Fuck all pedigree, hit and miss at Sochaux. Played for France just twice I believe and considering how shite the current France team is that's bloody poor. Had good game v Ukraine I believe but generally has fuck all end product. Has been at Sochaux over 6 years and yet not a single big club in France (i.e. Lyon/PSG) who usually hoover up all the half decent Ligue 1 players has shown any interest. No overseas club shown any interest either.

Like Chamakh, says it all.

Oh P.S: Has no CL experience
okay, typical AW signing, deal done ´til 11 pm - I am sure :banghead:

I've heard this as well. Wasn't it LeGinge that warned us about him?

Has been shocking so far this season, and against United I thought he was one of the worst players on the field, which takes some doing.

He needs time and he should be well down the pecking order.
Was going to add that, just saved me the trouble. His head seemed to go down first, even before they got the opener.

He was playing with great confidence, thats why he was playing.

I dont know if he is going to make a full recovery, but the guys situation is an exception, his leg was snapped in two, its going to take a while no matter what, he shouldnt be under pressure like the rest of our players who were never good enough.
He shouldnt be playing then. He isnt ready to start, as we've seen this season so far.

We should be bringing in at least 2 midfielders today.

Aaron Ramsey is the new Eduardo Da Silva: both are actually mediocre, but somehow have these massively inflated reputations, based on purple patches of form (against mainly rubbish teams).

Thats crap mate - Eduardo may have been in a purple patch but I maintain he's one of the best finishers I've ever seen.

In that case, both have had the chance of a good if not great Arsenal career snaped away like their legs.

Not having a pop mate, but this kinda reminds me of the people who used to say that 'Diaby was becoming a class act until Dan Smith snapped his ankle'

Nah bruv. He's always been gash.

Course not saying Ramsey is anywhere near DIabolical Diaby bad...but Ramsey wouldn't get a game at Spuds. So quite what he's doing in our line up shows you what a farce the whole club now is...

I do not think anyone can make a definitive judgement about Ramsey or in any way compare him to Eduardo.

He is 19 and has just got over a serious injury.

See how he gets on by the time he is 22, puts on a bit of bulk and gets more experience.
