Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Know what? You are right. Eduardo Da Silva is top top class. That's why he was knocking about the Croatian league at the age of his late twenties. That's why he also chose to play for Croatia, hence competing for a place with Klasnic (instead of Luis Fabiano, Robinho and Ronaldinho).

Eduardo is top class, and you said so.
Course though, I am the arrogant one for daring to contravene your opinion that Eduardo is the new Gerd Muller. Sorry for doing that, I shall fall into line.

We must have someone lined up......right?
I'd bloody hope so we're looking threadbare in midfield.

I'm hearing Ricardo Montolivo, 26 year old Italian playmaker.

Be shocked if Lanbury was sent away with nobody coming in.

Vidic to Anzhi, on their official website. Shocking. Good news for everyone else if true.

Oliver Kay at the Times has just confirmed the Arteta bid £10m. Everton haggling but "looking very likely".

Would be happy with that, he's a good player and of course has prem experience too.

Matt Dickinson chief correspondent at The Times is backing the Arteta to Arsenal rumours, while BBC's Phil McNulty has softened his stance and thinks something could happen in the coming hours.

Jeez all of a sudden so many players we are rumoured to be buying. So many to choose from. Aren't we spoilt??? :) :) :)
