Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I just heard this (the JD bit).
He said that EFC are haggling. Rumoured to be around £10M but if Everton are haggling it would appear something 'might' be done. :?

Would be happy with that, he's a good player and of course has prem experience too.
Yeah me too
Only worry with Arteta is he's another injury-prone one. I'd still be more than happy signing him, but it's even more reason to make sure he's not the only quality midfielder we bring in.

Telegraph journalists saying Renato Augusto is flying in for a medical. Attacking mid from Levekusen, apparently a very good player  :D

Inbred bastards

Would be happy enough with signing arteta if it works out but still clinging onto a faint hope that gotze is signing (clock is ticking sammy :anyminute:  ). Would like to add that arteta alone is not enough imo - if we blew 30m+ on gotze then I could understand a lack of funds to bring anybody else in but having rid ourselves of sooo many players from the wage bill plus the transfer fee's received we surely have more than 10m left in the kitty ? :?

We must have someone lined up......right?
I'd bloody hope so we're looking threadbare in midfield.

I'm hearing Ricardo Montolivo, 26 year old Italian playmaker.
 :awnker:

If it wasn't for that Shakira sig you'd be on the c**t list right now, and then some.

fuck off!
