Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It is now obvious that he wasn't going to bring anyone in and then when forced to through fan and media pressure, he can't look beyond players that cost less that £10m. This year we know he is fucking us up through his own mis-management. He hasn't got a clue who to look at, where to go to find players and how to put a proper bid in. His failure to adapt to modern day football is as bad as- in fact worse than the last days of- George. What really winds me up is that the c**t will give us some bollocks excuses and treat us like spoilt children demanding more and more.

There were many who gave him this last window to sort it out and if he comes up with Yosser Benimshit, then he is failing in hos job of managing Arsenal and needs to be shown the door. He has known since last June that Cesc would go and must have known that Nasri would more than likely leave. He has done nothing to sort this and can now piss right off.
Good post, totally agree

Arteta deal either fell down on medical terms or on personal terms. On the Sunday Supplement they said he's on wages that Arsenal probably wouldn't match if he went there.

Wenger will act the *word censored* now in the next press conference saying he signed 5 -6 players.

He really winds me up. Oh well, its so sad the way we always get a glimmer of hope at this club and it is quickly dashed.

The thing is, will we even get Bennayoun?

I'm not massively against him, but him alone is not what we need. Should have splashed out on M'Villa, or another big name. Then bringing Bennayoun in would have been viewed as a decent signing to shore up the midfield.

I don't however see him as a Chelsea reject, he never even played for them through injury.

If they really pull that off, it rubs salt in the wounds when all Gooners are hurting.

Can only imagine how Wilshere feels hes mates with Cahill. Probably planning a move next summer.

Tbh wouldn't care had we got someone like Arteta in.

Started off so promising.

Swansea game will be intriguing

Bendtner has signed for Sunderland on season long loan. I think he'll do well there.

Our resident Sunderland supporting, Bendtner fan, has just exploded over himself.

Still cant see why we are letting him go now, where is his replacement?

If you look at Spud's moves against ours (and bury your prejudice about Adebuywhore), they've done better than us for about the same money.
