New lad on the seen. *waves*

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Alright guys.

Kent lad here, traveling to and from London when I can to see fellow gunners.

Great site, hope to make a few pals for the pubs when I travel up

Welcome to the site Seanyboi. :D
I'll answer your question regarding pubs as Steary didn't.
The twelve pins (just across the road from Finsbury Park station) is pretty good. The Auld Triangle on St Thomas Road is okay but very small. The Gunners Arms is the favourite of quite a few but a bit out of the way now the stadium has moved.
I generally use the first two but it obviously depends upon which direction you are travelling to the ground from.

the holloway
the tollington
the rocket-the only 1 i tried out of the 3 so the only 1 i can really advise, but not open on CL or monday-friday games. only on weekends, has a good atmosphere *some may say the atmosphere has been pretty poor in 2008* i only been in there on the 1st of jan so i assumed it was only due to a new years hangover

and was outside the auld triangle for bburn and that was pretty decent but as spudmasher said is a bit small 8)
